Departure will be behind the Zoo on Friday at 4:00 pm. Patrols are to bring a sack lunch for Friday dinner, and plan on making breakfast for Saturday and Sunday morning, dinner for Saturday night and lunch for Saturday.
Class B shirts are to be worn at arrival and during activities. Class A uniforms for morning and evening flags.
Remember: No cell phones, video games, music players (nothing with a battery & speaker) are allowed. They will be confiscated by the Scoutmaster or other ASM.
Scouting—100 Years and Beyond will feature a variety of Midway Activities: Action Alley, Community Showcase, Military Events, Conservation Trail and more . . .
Some of these events are: radio controlled cars, mini-golf, sky diving demonstration, northern California Mormon history re-enactors, law enforcement displays and hands-on (dogs, horses, special vehicles etc.),
shotgun shooting, rifle shooting (two ranges), archery (biggest range you have ever seen), jousting, professional sports organizations, merit badge Midway (lots will be there, for information, not earning), basketball (three on three), quarterback challenge, soccer challenge, tomahawk and knife throwing, helicopter fly-in, and many more…
There will also be a Dutch oven cooking contest at Action Alley, with the winning troop announced at the Arena Show in the evening.
